3D Virtual tours, powered by your choice of either Matterport, or by iGuide, whichever you prefer. We are able to both create a 360-degree walkthrough 3D tour of the interior, as well as 360-degree “snapshots” of the exterior. Also, 2D floor plans (with approximate measurements for illustrative purposes) are available free with iGuide tours, or as an addon for Matterport 3D tours. Pricing is based on square footage. Please note that we are not able to “photoshop” out anything in a Matterport tour.
Pricing Per Square Foot of Interior Space, Includes 3 Months of hosting. Hosting for longer than 3 months is $60 per year.
0 – 1,999 SQF = $250
2,000 – 2,999 SQF = $400
3,000 – 3,999 SQF = $500
4,000 – 4,999 SQF = $600
Each additional 1,000 SQF is an additional $75
